At the Crossroads – Blues Bones II was scheduled to be
released July 22, 2019 by publisher Leap Books LLC. Leap Books closed April 26,
2019. We were in the final stages of edits when this happened, and all rights
of book one and book two reverted to me. I decided to self publish and
contacted Kelly Hashway, the editor for Leap Books who acquired the original
Blues Bones but left Leap Books not long after book one was released. Hashway,
a professional freelance editor and USA Today bestselling author, was a
